We have designed a model of dump body which is recognized for its higher endurance and which is recommended for  harder work. This model which we call AUR400 is maded out of Hardox 450 steel.
 
 
   
 
 

  • The beams are made of ¼ 44W folded steel. (They can also be out of 3/16 CHT100 steel.);
  • The floor is made of one piece of ¼ Hardox 450 steel;
  • The front is made of 3/16 Hardox 450 steel, moulded in only one piece;
  • he sides are moulded in only one part of 3/16 Hardox 450 steel without any post and with a superior rectangular tube ramp;
  • The panel is tilted 2 inches for the door which opens in two directions or 5 inches for standard doors, it is moulded in one part to eliminate cracks. It is conceived with doubled 3/16 Hardox 450 steel;
  • Our panels locking system is activated by a type 30 booster and includes one standard safety rod on all our models;
  • The weight is 4988 lbs / 2267 Kg for a dimension of 15-42-60.
